Councilmember Gray will not be participating in the D.C. Council Legislative Session tonight.

Gray is following instructions from his physician to balance work, his intensive physical therapy regimen and health. Those instructions include limiting work days to eight hours.

The Council session this afternoon and evening ran nearly eight hours, prior to which Gray participated in meetings and preparation with his staff.
